Women's Ministry
SFA Women’s Ministry invites sisters from youth to Eagles Wings to join together in one accord. We desire to form an alliance of women, who can rely on one another, are transparent with one another, share with one another and have empathy with one another. We desire to build relationships.
We take into consideration the whole woman. 1 Timothy 2:3 states that older women are to teach the younger women. We want our young women to learn from the experiences of the older women. We want the young women to experience the fun that godly women can have as a sisterhood. Older women enjoy the energy that the young ladies have. Women need each other.
We each have a history, a story, a testimony to use to glorify God. We will all go through things that we need a sister hug for. You are not alone. We each have the place that an altar was built, the place the Lord healed us and set us free, a place of redemption and salvation. We each have a talent and gift that the Lord who created us gave to us to bless His people. Don’t be alone.
Our agenda is women and what women want. We pray for each other, we pray for our families. We learn from each other through tangible experiences; cooking classes, sewing classes, health and nutrition classes, child rearing classes. We learn from God’s Word through Bible studies that speak to the issues of this generation of Christian women. We have fun! We go! We do crafts! We laugh! We cry! We love each other!
Come join us once a month. Bring food; girls love to eat, too. Childcare is always provided.
