PDA
PDA is the performing arts ministry of worship at Stephenville First Assembly. We as the PDA family possess an infectious and relentless devotion for God. You can feel it in our singing, detect it in our body language, and recognize we are the epitome of a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1-2). Our zeal for God launches other believers into higher heights with God and compels even the nonbeliever to come closer.
PDA assists with numerous outreaches throughout the year, thus the reason for the name Public Display of Affection. There are many ministry opportunities for the PDA family. The team schedule rotates on a weekly basis. Opportunities include support vocals, musicians, worship signing, PDA Choir, sound and media team. In the future, we dream of an artist painting portraits to the Lord during worship. There will eventually be a flag team and other opportunities to serve. We believe God is over all the arts and with His direction, we will incorporate these gifts into the worship experience (Romans 11:36).
